John Parrish

John Parrish, born in 1965 in San Francisco, California, USA, is a versatile figure known for his multifaceted career in acting, martial arts, fitness, and entrepreneurship. His most notable role is portraying Major Jackson "Jax" Briggs in several installments of the iconic Mortal Kombat series, including Mortal Kombat II, Mortal Kombat 3, Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3, Mortal Kombat Trilogy, and Mortal Kombat Advance.

In addition to his achievements in the entertainment industry, Parrish is a practitioner of Northern Kung Fu, showcasing his dedication to martial arts. He channels his passion for physical fitness into entrepreneurship, as he runs two companies in the Chicagoland area. One of his ventures, 1st. Computer Experts, specializes in IT consulting, while the newly formed Beyond Human Fitness (B.H.F) focuses on holistic fitness solutions.

Parrish's commitment to physical excellence extends to the realm of bodybuilding, where he has recently earned two Pro Cards in Natural Bodybuilding from the Professional Natural Bodybuilding Association (PNBA) and Natural Amateur's Bodybuilder's Association (NABBA). He has participated in numerous competitions, including bodybuilding contests, 5k races, and Spartan races, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to physical challenges and personal growth.​
